Meet Bob, Pro Energy franchise owner.
With tens of thousands of households and businesses facing rising energy costs in his area, Bob knows that building the Pro Energy brand name and cultivating his reputation as an energy expert is a Pro Energy Consultant’s primary responsibility.
First thing in the morning, Bob logs onto his daily schedule to review his own auditing appointments. He has two audits. He allows for 2 hours for each, even though they don’t usually take that long.
Bob has time before his first appointment, so he has planned for a couple of hours devoted to his marketing plan. He visits several referral sources effectively and efficiently. Bob knows that the key to his proven marketing plan is precisely executing it on a consistent basis.
Bob then proceeds to his first appointment – a residential energy audit.
A couple of hours later, Bob is on his way to his next appointment – a commercial audit. It’s a manufacturing plant that needs over 20 electrical junction boxes scanned for safety purposes.
A few hours later, on his way back home, Bob receives a call. The call is from a local window contractor with whom Bob has cultivated a relationship. The contractor has some prospects that are interested in a neutral, third-party assessment of their energy problems before they make big decisions on new doors and windows. Bob takes down the information.
Bob returns to his office, where he takes care of the administrative details of his business.
Bob decides that he will soon need to add another auditor. He places a help wanted ad to run later in the week.
